Hence, if you find any issues with your order, be sure to get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve any and all issues promptly. While we are NOT obligated to offer refunds or exchanges on any orders, we appreciate your request and only emails that are pleasantly written (be nice) will be accepted. :)

RETURN POLICY
Cancino Cosmetics does not offer refunds nor partial refunds and all sales are final. Please contact us immediately if any issues arise.
Exchange Policy
If you receive any damaged items, you MUST contact us within 24 hours after the order is received.
While we may not be able to offer a refund, we may be able to offer an exchange of the item or possible reshipment.
